• WELCOME TO CLUB LIFE

Their day. Considerably upgraded.

A Wagsworth Club Day is thoughtfully balanced between familiar friends, meaningful enrichment, individual attention, proper downtime and the occasional very important tennis-ball-related engagement.

  • No endless free-for-all.
  • No one-size-fits-all schedule.
  • Just a really good day, designed around dogs.
  • THE WAGSWORTH EXPERIENCE

Around here, we call it a Club Day.

A Club Day is your dog’s reserved day at Wagsworth Reserve. But it isn’t twelve hours of nonstop play. From arrival through departure, the day moves intentionally between socialization, enrichment, individual connection, hydration, rest and recovery.

  • Some members arrive ready to greet the entire room.
  • Some need a minute.
  • Some want their friends.
  • Some would first like to conduct a complete olfactory inspection of the premises. We make room for all of it. Because structure matters.
So does knowing the dog inside it.
  • THE COMPANY THEY KEEP

Everybody needs their regular crowd.

  • Dogs have social preferences just like we do.
  • Some are enthusiastic networkers.
  • Some keep a small circle.
  • Some find one best friend and consider the networking portion of membership complete.

That’s why Wagsworth doesn’t define successful daycare by the size of the playgroup. We thoughtfully manage social experiences based on the dogs involved- their personalities, communication styles, confidence, energy and relationships.

Over time, membership creates something especially valuable:

familiarity.

Dogs can begin recognizing the friends, caregivers and routines that make Wagsworth feel less like somewhere they visit and more like somewhere they belong.

MORE THAN PLAY

Curiosity is encouraged.

A good Wagsworth day gives dogs opportunities to do what dogs naturally enjoy doing: sniffing, searching, moving, solving, exploring, playing and interacting.

Core enrichment is included in every Club Day. It may include things like:
• scent and sniff activities
• food puzzles
• retrieval
• confidence activities
• supervised toy experiences
• sensory exploration
• simple skill reinforcement
• staff interaction
• social enrichment

We aren’t trying to cram a checklist of activities into every dog’s day.

We’re asking a much more useful question:
What would this dog enjoy or benefit from today?

  • YES, NAPPING IS ON THE ITINERARY

Rest is part of the program.

One of the things that makes Wagsworth intentionally different is that we don’t believe a successful daycare day requires constant stimulation.
Dogs need opportunities to recover.
Our Club Days include dedicated Rest & Reset periods and additional downtime when an individual member needs it.
Depending on the dog, that may mean quiet individual rest, decompression or another appropriate lowerarousal environment.
Because a dog who has been stimulated for ten straight hours isn’t necessarily a fulfilled dog. They may just be very, very tired.
A proper social calendar requires proper downtime.

ONE CLUB. DIFFERENT PERSONALITIES.

Not everybody wants the same kind of party.

Membership tells us how frequently a dog attends Wagsworth.
Their Care Track helps us shape the kind of experience that may work best for them.

These aren’t status levels. They aren’t permanent labels.
And no one receives a better table because they’re in The Social Club.
They’re simply tools that help us think more intentionally about the individual member.
Because frequency is one thing. Personality is another.

MEMBER RELATIONS

Known means actually known.

Someone has to keep track of club politics.

The longer a dog belongs to Wagsworth, the more meaningful the little things become.

  1. Who do they gravitate toward?
  2. What activity immediately gets their attention?
  3. How quickly do they settle?
  4. What does “I’m done socializing” look like for this dog?
  5. Are they acting differently today?

Those observations become part of the relationship we’re building with each member.
The goal isn’t for staff to simply recognize their name.
It’s to know something about the dog attached to it.
And yes, eventually someone will know their preferred treat.
We consider that occupational knowledge.

We keep learning them.

Every member begins with a Wagsworth Welcome Assessment and an initial understanding of their
individual needs. That understanding continues developing through regular Club Days.
Their Member Care Profile may include observations about:
• social preferences
• play style
• energy
• confidence
• handling preferences
• favorite activities
• reinforcers
• rest style
• sensitivities
• stress signals
• relationships
• care considerations

Dogs change. Their confidence develops. Friendships change. Preferences emerge. Needs evolve.
So their Wagsworth experience can evolve too.

TODAY AROUND THE CLUB

Because we know you're going to ask what they did all day.

Member communication is part of the Wagsworth experience. Throughout their Club Day, our team gets to know what your dog did, who they spent time with, what
they enjoyed and anything worth sharing. Through The Daily Reserve, members can receive personalized notes, photos and updates from the club.
Not simply:
“Had fun today!”
More like:
“Bella spent the morning with her regular social circle, attended scent enrichment, declined her scheduled rest period on principle, and reconsidered approximately eleven minutes later. Overall: a very busy day socially.”
That’s the difference between recording attendance and actually knowing the dog.

BEFORE THEY RETURN TO POLITE SOCIETY

A little polish before heading home.

For members who could use a little freshening up before departure, Reserve Refresh offers optional care enhancements designed to make the transition from club life back to the sofa slightly more respectable. Final launch services and pricing will be supplied separately. This is not traditional grooming and should not visually or verbally position Wagsworth as a grooming salon.

Small Supporting Microcopy:
Think of it as the locker-room attendant politely addressing whatever happened during
afternoon recreation.

  • THE WAGSWORTH SOCIAL CALENDAR

The humans are allowed to socialize too.

Club life doesn’t necessarily end when the dogs go home.
As the Wagsworth community grows, we plan to create select member experiences for the humans and dogs attached to the membership.

  • The Founding Paws Reception
  • The Summer Social
  • Member Portrait Day
  • The Annual Golden Hour
  • The Wagsworth Masquerade
  • Christmas at the Club

Perhaps the occasional opportunity to discuss how all of our dogs somehow have more friends than we do. Some events may be included, while others may be separately ticketed.

The important part is the community.
Your dog joined the club. Apparently you came with them.

  • 8554 W LAKE MEAD BLVD

Yes, the Members technically have the nicer clubhouse.

Wagsworth Reserve is a fully indoor canine club in the South Shores Shopping Center at Lake Mead & Rampart.
Our physical environment has been planned around the same principles that shape the rest of the Wagsworth experience: thoughtful movement, manageable social environments, opportunities for rest, cleanliness, comfort and the ability to support different dogs in different ways throughout the day.

Beautiful matters.
But how the dogs feel inside the space matters more.

  • WELCOME TO CLUB LIFE

Their social calendar is about to get considerably better.

Wagsworth Reserve is preparing to welcome its first members.
